MUMBAI: Colors’ Barrister Babu has gained popularity with its attempt at highlighting societal norms, taboos, and superstitions. They also try to give an effective solution to these issues and educate their viewers on right and wrong.

Chandan Anand aka Binoy Roy Choudhary has been an eminent name in the industry apart from TV he broadened his horizons with Theatre, Films and Web world. His skills have always been a talk of the town and now for his role as Binoy in Barrister Babu.

In an exclusive conversation, we asked him about the change in character and he said, "Being an actor, whenever something challenging comes across it is fun. I enjoy doing something that is out of my comfort zone. I take it in the positive stride, I don't get into the details that often, it completely depends on the reaction of the audience. I am loving this change, as an actor, if his character stays the same then it becomes mundane."

Sharing further about the character, he said, "There are no restrictions on how a mad man would react so I get a free hand in my performance. I have received compliments for the character and it is overwhelming to play so many shades in one character. It began with a positive man, cunning, strong father and now a mentally retarded fellow, it is indeed a blessing that I got such a chance to portray many shades to the character of Binoy."
