MUMBAI: Ruhanika Dhawan was immensely loved for her role in Star Plus show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein for the role of Pihu.

On a personal level, she went on to become a state level swimmer and is currently focused on martial arts. While she has been focused on her career choices as well, she returned to television in a cameo role in Mere Sai. Speaking about her shooting experience with Mere Sai, she said that her experience has been great and it was a different type of character.

She also shared that the character was a simple one and that the people on the sets were also very nice. She mentioned her wish to shoot for films and webseries in future along with interesting TV projects. When we asked her if she is in touch with actors with whom she shot with in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, she shared, “Yes, I am in touch with Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya, Karan Patel and the others via social media. I also happened to meet Neena maa’m (Kulkarni) as she was shooting one the set nearby where I was shooting too.”

We earlier reported how Ruhanika mentioned, “I did gain a lot of fame from Yeh Hai Mohabbatein and I waited for another show as I wanted to focus more on my education and some extracurricular activities. I took up Mere Sai and the experience has been different and challenging. We shot outdoors, were required to speak in pure Hindi and had to wear minimal make-up.”
