CAT is created by Balwinder Singh Janjua, and it is directed by Balwinder, Rupinder Chahal, and Jimmy Singh. The web series also stars Manish Gulati in a pivotal role. 
 
A few days ago, while talking to TellyChakkar about his character, Manish stated, “He (his character) is a mixture of attitude, arrogance, and impulsiveness. He goes through a lot of beautiful phases; you will see him doing all the gangster things, you will see him in love, you will see him fighting with his dad, and the emotional moments. The character has been written beautifully. At the end of the day, people will love him and hate him at the same time.”
