MUMBAI: Abhishek Banerjee is one of the most talented actors on the small screen. 

The actor has come a long way in his career with several hit projects to his credit. 

Abhishek is well-known for his role on projects like Stree, Pataal Lok, Bala, Dream Girl among others. 

He was also seen in Lust Stories, Mirzapur, Made In China among others.

The actor is now gearing up for his upcoming film Helmet. 

The movie's story is based on Condoms and how people should be aware of it and use them. 

Abhishek will be seen in a pivotal role in the movie and the actor got candid about the same in an exclusive interview with TellyChakkar. 

Talking about his character, Abhishek said, ''I haven't done comedy for a long time. All the films I did in the previous year were other than comedy. After, Stree, Dream Girl and Bala, this is my fourth film which is a comedy.''

He elaborated on his character and said, ''The character is quite different. He belongs to a small town who is running out of money. He has a lot of debt and is quite in trouble. He wants to bring his life back on track.''

Further, talking about the movie's concept which is based on Condoms, Abhishek said, ''The film is for everybody. There are no vulgar jokes used in the film. It is a family film based on Condoms. CBFC has given it a U/A certificate 
This is not a sex-comedy but just a film made on Condoms. The word 'Condoms' is used a lot of times and the story highlights all the social issues surrounded by it.''

The actor revealed that all the youngsters who shy away from talking about it openly in front of people should definitely watch the film. Abhishek adds that the topic is not that huge and people should not hype it. 

Helmet also stars Aparshakti Khurana, Pranutan Behl, among others in pivotal roles. 

The movie will release on 3rd September and stream on the Zee5 app.
