MUMBAI : Taniya Kalra has been winning the hearts of fans over time with her acting contribution. We have seen some amazing characters of hers getting all the love from fans. The actress is now all set to be seen in an upcoming ALTBalaji web series titled Girgit.

Team TellyChakkar got an exclusive chance to speak with the actress with regard to her acting journey and the most difficult part of her life.

She will be seen in a different character. The actress says she will be seen playing Shamoli, best friend to Mahi, and she just wants to go to Paris for her own personal reason. Shamoli is a street smart person. And talking about the show, the actress revealed that Girgit is a mystery thriller with dark comedy. As the title suggests, Girgit keeps changing colours, and the show focuses on how human beings are and how they keep changing. We will see is some major twist and turns in this web series.

The actress says that it was after she had finished her studies, she was very ambitious and wanted to do something in her life, but her family wanted her to marry. The actress took some time from her family to do something big in her life. This was indeed a challenging phase. Her parents is very proud of her for what she is doing.

Tanya says that it was the year 2017 when she started her acting as a career and joined the theatre. The actress has seen many rejections in her life, but that did not stop her from fulfilling her dream. She says that ups and downs are a part and parcel of this line. She has chosen this career keeping all these thoughts in her mind and she reveals that she does look forward to delivering something better and focusing on her goals.
