MUMBAI : Sanjoy Dutta has been trying to deliver something different with his every project. The actor who is known for projects like Savdhaan India and was recently seen in the movie Bhuj The Pride of India (which had Ajay Devgn), is currently looking forward to dosomething amazing on digital platform.

The actor spoke to TellyChakkar exclusively with regard to the types of character he looks forward to on digital platforms and also spoke in detail about his acting journey.

Sanjoy Dutta on his acting journey

Sanjoy Dutta belongs to a middle-class family from Jamshedpur. Since childhood, he had a desire to become an actor. After completing his studies, he became an engineer. He left his engineering job to become an actor. He appeared in projects like Bhuj The Pride of India and in television serial Savdhan India. Throwing some light on his journey, the actor says that he is looking forward to doing some different and challenging characters on different platforms. He has been fortunate enough to be a part of some amazing projects in his life.

Sanjoy Dutta on the challenging phase of his life

As mentioned, he always wanted to become an actor, but going with the flow, the actor landed in an engineering job, which he quit. The actor said that this was quite a challenging phase of his life. Initially, he had to face many difficulties but ultimately, he did what he wanted to and always stay focused in his life with regard to his love that is acting.

Sanjoy Dutta on types of characters he looks forward to on digital platforms

With the rise in consumption of OTT content, we can see some amazing characters played by the actor. He wants to do different types of characters on digital platforms. The actor does not want to restrict his talent by pointing out any specific genre but he would definitely want to do positive and negative roles.
