MUMBAI: Anushka Kaushik has been winning the hearts of the fans over the time with her amazing acting contribution. She is one of the most loved actresses we have in acting space. Anushka Kaushik is getting some amazing response for her recently released web series titled Garmi.

During an exclusive interaction with TellyChakkar, actress Anushka Kaushik spoke in detail about the love she is getting for the web series and also on her shooting experience.

How has been the response of the show?

Anushka Kaushik says, "People are very much happy and the response has been very good. The idea of the show was to bring out the other side of student politics. It is a very crucial age in everybody's life where you have the power to think, but it's also very important to navigate it nicely. However, knowingly or unknowingly, you get indulged in several activities and the reasons behind it constitutes how the story unfolds". 

What made you say yes for the show?

Anushka Kaushik says, "The first point was Tigmanshu sir himself, and then when I heard the story, it was a bonus! Thirdly, it was my character. Usually, I look for such characters but this time, it was the other way around".

How was the shooting experience and what locations were covered?

The actress adds, "The shooting experience was amazing as we were shooting in the Allahabad University itself. It was a bit challenging as well, as there were a lot of changes that happened in the dates due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, as we had outdoor shoots. We had a full pool set made but we couldn't shoot there because of the rains. However, it was an amazing experience. Apart from the shoot, the interactions we had with the locals were amazing as there was a lot to take from them for our characters. Also, there was one particular location where Tigmanshu sir wanted to shoot, which was an encounter sequence in the fields. The field was grown and it took legit two months for the crops to grow".
