MUMBAI: Ekta Kapoor's reality show titled “Lock Upp,” where 17 contestants will be locked in jail, play the game, and fight for getting bail to survive, was launched on MX Player and Alt Balaji.

The audience has given it a thumbs-up.

Kangana Ranaut made her OTT debut on the show as a host. She guides the contestants. The entire concept is a setup in jail.

All the contestants are fighting in the show to sustain and thus the audience are getting entertained.

We had reported earlier that the producer of the show Ekta Kapoor will be entering the show today on judgement day.

We have exclusively got to know that actor Rohan Mehra will be entering the show along with the producer of the show Ekta Kapoor.

He will be entering with the ace producer to celebrate 5 years of Alt Balaji  and he will be in jail for a day.

Alt Balaji is one of the top three OTT platforms and has gained massive viewership and the first reality shows that it has produced has been very successful.

This will be the first time that Rohan will be seen on the lock upp show and it will be interesting to see the interaction between him and the contestants.

Rohan Mehra is a very well-known name in the world of the entertainment business. He rose to fame with his performance in the most acclaimed show on television Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, where he essayed the role of Naksh Singhania, and within no time, he became a household name.

Post his exit from the show, Rohan took part in the biggest reality show of the country, Bigg Boss Season 10, where he played the game in a dignified manner. The actor went a long way in the game. The audiences loved him on the show. He shot to fame, and his fan following increased to another level.

These days, he is flooded with offers and has a handful of work. He is busy shooting for music videos, web series, and movies and now soon he will be seen in Lock Upp for a special episode.
