MUMBAI: Malvika Mohanan has been winning the hearts of her fans with some fabulous performances in the films. The actress is also known for her amazing looks and acting skills. She is all set to make her Bollywood debut with the film Yudhra. She will be sharing the screen with Gehraiyaan fame actor Siddhant Chaturvedi and Raghav Juyal. 

During Malvika Mohanan's recent interview, the actress spoke about social media platforms and how she deals with trollers.

The actress was asked about how does she manages to attract her fans every time she posts her pictures on social media handles. The actress said, my social media is completely the brainchild of my publicist Abhinav Singh. He manages everything my fans see on social media platforms. my social platforms have helped a lot because after I did the Tamil film called Petta, I had an image of playing a rural character. So, when the producers who were looking for a glamorous girl they won't think of me. So, what photoshoots did was I can look like a rural character as well as glamorous too. It totally depends upon how we use social media to accelerate your growth as an actor. So in that way, I think it has become a very important business tool.
    
Malvika was then asked about does she take social media trolls. The actress said, being in this business and as an actor makes you extremely thick skin. I was not a thick skin when I started. So, nobody prepares you for how harsh the world is out there. Of course, there will be love coming your way if you are lucky, but in most cases, there is a lot of criticism. So, when my first film was released in Malayalam it didn't do well at the box office. After that, I received a lot of criticism about the way I look. So I got trolled a lot for the way I look. It took me a lot of time to deal with that side of fame or showbiz. So, after so many years, when I see negative comments it doesn't bother me anymore. Finally, I have come to the point in life where I can love myself more than anything and not take trolling too seriously.
