MUMBAI: After Maliaka Arora's divorce with Arbaaz Khan, it was soon learnt that she is in love with Arjun Kapoor. 

The couple have been painting the town red with their travel diaries and public appearances together. They evidently look adorable and the love that they share is admirable. Well, amid the lockdown, now Arjun has found another way to be closer and spend more time with his lady love Malaika!

According to media reports, Arjun will now be Malaika's neighbour. Arjun Kapoor bought a 4BHK villa worth Rs. 20 crores in a posh society in Bandra. Malaika lives in the same society and now, she will have company of the person who is so close to her heart!

It is also said that Sonakshi Sinha lives in the same building.  

On the work front Arjun Kapoor is the talk of the town nowadays for his movie Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar which had a theatrical release earlier and is now getting all the love upon its digital premiere. The actor was also seen in Sardar Ka Grandson which was loved by the fans.
