MUMBAI: Aryan Khan the son of superstar Shah Rukh Khan was detained by the NCB on October 3rd when they raided a Mumbai cruise where they found an abundance of drugs on the ship.

Post that he had been sent to judicial custody and since then he had been locked up in Arthur Road Jail. The fight for his bail was delayed for 6 days because of the festive season the court held his order up until now and today the session court has denied the bail plea for the young star kid.

Aryan’s team would be filing a petition in high court and within two days the high court will hear his plea. His lawyers will be now fighting the case against NCB for a big conspiracy planned against the star kid and this would be the topic in which they would ask the high court to grant him bail.

This is a huge setback for SRK as he was expecting that his son would get bail but unfortunately the session court  has rejected the bail plea. Aryan will have to stay for a few days in jail until his bail plea isn’t heard by the high court.
