Pashmina completed her formal education overseas and after coming back to Mumbai she joined Barry John’s acting school and was also trained at the Jeff Goldberg Studio. She also learned dancing from none other than the late veteran choreographer Saroj Khan.

Pashmina’s father Rajesh Roshan in an interview revealed that she was inclined towards acting since she was a teenager. She participated in school plays and that’s when her parents came to know that she can become an actress.
