MUMBAI: The Sushant Singh Rajput case is intensifying as more and more shocking revelations are coming to light. The actor passed away on June 14, and it was on July 28 that his father filed an FIR against Sushant's girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, accusing her of abetment of suicide, cheating, and more. 

Apart from Rhea, Sushant's roommate and friend Siddharth Pithani too has come under the radar. He was the one who was present at Sushant's home when he reportedly took his life. 

Now, Sushant's father's lawyer Vikas Singh has called Siddharth Pithani a suspicious person in the case. 

While talking to a media portal, the lawyer said that Siddharth is a very suspicious person. When the FIR was not registered against Rhea, he was helping the family and bad-mouthing Rhea.

But after the FIR was lodged, he changed his stance and has been helping Rhea Chakraborty.

The lawyer also highlighted Siddharth's behaviour after the registration of FIR; he wrote an email to Rhea even though she's a named accused. Helping a named accused in this manner shows complicity between Rhea and him. It is only upon custodial interrogation that the real truth will come out. 

Well, Siddarth Pithani has always been the prime suspect in the case, as he was the one who was present with SSR when he passed away and as his statements have been contradicting each other.
