MUMBAI: Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan are Bollywood’s most loved and respected couple. 3rd June marked the 47th wedding anniversary of the duo. Amitabh Bachchan on his wedding anniversary took the opportunity to reveal how the two got married years ago along with sharing some candid pictures from their wedding ceremony. A video clip of the couple is doing the rounds on social media. It sees the couple when they had graced a chat show hosted by actress Simi Garewal, named Rendezvous with Simi Garewal. During the conversation, Jaya Bachchan made some candid revelation which not only got Big B puzzled but also left the audience surprised.

When she was asked by Simi Garewal of knowing for real she would marry Amitabh Bachchan only, she replied, “I didn’t know I would marry this man. But I got frightened.” This answer of Jaya left Amitabh amazed, he kept on murmuring the word 'Frightened' and asking his darling, again and again, the same thing. When asked why she was frightened to which the actress was heard replying that he was the only one amongst many she has met who could dictate on her and she would allow it too.   

Towards the end of the video, he still didn’t seem convinced thus leading to Jaya Bachchan breaking into laughter. 

Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan were also seen sharing screen space in many movies, but this off-screen chemistry of the two is truly winning hearts. 

Big B has made it a point to wish his wifey on her birthday and on the special days of their lives by penning down some adorable messages on his blog and social networking account.
