After Sanjay Leela Bhansali's magnum opus ‘Bajirao Mastani’, starring Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra turned out to be a successful film of 2015, a television show based on the love story of Maratha warrior Bajirao and wife Mastani, will soon be remade on &TV.

The show will be produced by Peninsula Pictures. They already have an ongoing supernatural show, Vishkanya on Zee TV.

While the cast of the show is yet to get locked, a huge set in the outskirts of Mumbai has reportedly been set up. The makers want to start shooting before the rainy season.
