Actress Anusuya Majumdar says that she bonds with Sabitri Chattopadhyay over ‘paan’, a preparation combining betel leaf with areca nut, which is a must for many after a scrumptious meal.  

“She always carries her dabba (box) of paan and never forgets to offer me the same,” Anusuya shared withTellychakkar.com.

The actress added, “I once had to learn to prepare paan for a serial. At that time I took help from her. She taught me the steps of making a paan.”

Both of them are currently seen in the soap Ei Cheleta Bhelbheleta (Zee Bangla).

Anusuya also shared that the legendary actress loves to chat a lot.

She said, “At the set, during free time, we hear stories of her experiences. She talks about cinema, theater, Uttam Kumar, her colleagues, her family etc. She is a senior actress but it’s not like that that she maintains distance from others. The whole unit shares good bonding with her. She even eats her lunch with us. She is a great lady.”

This is called being humble!
