MUMBAI: The upcoming episode of Chhoti Sardarrni will witness lots of drama. Sarabjit is in a dilemma as he is asked to choose between Meher and the child. The doctors have said that it is difficult to save both as the situation is complicated. 

As per the latest promo, Param is seen crying on seeing his mother lying unconscious. The little kid tries to stop the nurse from giving Meher an injection. The nurse named Lalita has been sent by someone to harm Meher. 

Meanwhile, Meher is injected, and Lalita gets a call from the lady who asked her to do so. She also asks Lalita to send Meher's reports.

On the other side, Sarab overhears the doctor talking to someone on the phone and saying that Meher's reports are missing. He gets shocked. 

Lalita is sending Meher's reports to the lady, and at that time, Sarab calls her. She gets scared and drops her phone. Sarabjit notices this and gets suspicious.
