MUMBAI: The Rajinikanth starrer Jailer which hit cinema halls recently, has been creating a storm at the box office. The film is officially a blockbuster and is slowly nearing the Rs 500 crore mark. The film which also stars Tamannaah Bhatia has been the talk of town ever since its release with the 72 year old lead actor Rajinikanth, showing some powerful action scenes even at this age.

Jailer’s producer Kalanithi Maran has now shown gratitude to the team of the film for their hard work and contribution by way of some really luxurious and generous gifts. He gifted the film’s music composer Anirudh Ravichander a swanky new Porsche car. He even took him to the car showroom and let Anirudh choose the car he liked. The young composer chose the Porsche Cayenne which comes at a whopping price tag of Rs 1.50 crore.

Anirudh’s blockbuster music has been vital to the powerful narrative of the film and has enhanced the overall experience of audiences as well.

Jailer marks Rajinikanth’s return to the big screens after nearly 2 years. The film is directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and the film is aiming to reach Rs 700 crores globally!
