MUMBAI: One of the biggest hits of 2022 is the Kannada movie Kantara which starred Rishab Shetty in the lead role. As a matter of fact, Rishab Shetty also directed the movie. Kantara was released in theatres on 30th September 2022, and after the super success of the Kannada version, the makers decided to dub and release it in various languages including Hindi.
The worldwide gross collection of the movie crossed 400 Cr mark in 53 days which is excellent and the film’s Hindi version minted Rs. 79.25 Cr.
When the movie completed 100 days of its release, the makers celebrated it with a grand event where they had announced that a prequel to Kantara will be made.

Now, we are here with the latest update about the movie Kantara and it’s prequel.
There was an announcement made today according to which a prequel to the movie, that is Kantara Chapter 1’s first look will be released on 27th November. The movie will release in 7 languages.
