Abhishek is the terrorist that Sejal and Yohaan have been finding. Drishti is still unaware of the truth about her husband while she has really fallen for him. What will happen when Drishti will come to know about Abhishek's real plan? 

As Sejal’s foot is injured, Yohan takes care of it. Very caringly he takes her foot in and puts cream on it while Sejal notices how dedicated Yohan is. This moment makes Yohan and Sejal come closer than ever as they both notice the care and love they share. Yohan looks at Sejal and feels awkward but Sejal keeps looking at him, noticing how he takes care of her. Later, out of awkwardness, Yohan tells Sejal that the receptionist will take care of the rest. 

Now the breaking news is that in Mumbai Abhishek joins hands for the terrorist attack, he is unaware that Yohan and Sejal are also there and they end up at the same place where the attack takes place. Without any thoughts, Abhishek attacks Yohan and leaves him injured. Sejal finally realises that Yohan is not the terrorist and he was only searching for someone through the terror groups. Abhishek doesn't care about the family he has and Drishti, he has no feelings about what can happen to her if the truth comes out.
