MUMBAI : Zee TV show Kundali Bhagya is loved by the audience.

The love story of Karan and Preeta and how they manage to builda strong relationship despite endless troubles has been loved by the audience. Featuring Shraddha Arya and Dheeraj Dhoopar in the lead roles, the show is a spin off of Kumkum Bhagya.

Karan and Preeta always wanted to be parents and here there is hint of their dream come true.

Karan and Preeta were seeing Pihu sleep and are adoring her, while Preeta feels dizzy. Karan rushes Preeta to hospital and is much worried for her while the doctor gives a good news to them.

Doctor tells Preeta and Karan that these might be symptoms of pregnancy. Doctor gets the test done and says that the result will come tomorrow and Karan, Preeta are excited and nervous too.
