MUMBAI: Star Plus, a premier entertaining channel known to deliver extraordinary content and venture into unexplored territory, has brought its audience a new show, Jhanak. Hiba Nawab will be seen essaying the titular role of Jhanak in the show, along with Krushal Ahuja aka Anirudh as the main protagonist, and Chandani Sharma will essay the character of Arshi in the show.

Earlier, Shrishti was jealous about Anirudh supporting Jhanak and she wanted Arshi to settle in this family so she plans to throw Jhanak out of the house. She called Anirudh and told him that Jhanak was in a relationship with Rahul who had fooled Anirudh so that Jhanak get out of Kashmir to loot people for money. Shrishti has crossed all her limits and Anirudh did fall into her trap and believed her. He thought that Jhanak and Rahul might be in love.

Now, Anirudh accuses Jhanak of having an affair but she refuses and asks him to stop his nonsense. She gets angry at him and asks him if she had an affair then what is bothering him. He tells her that he got fooled by them as he thought she did not have anyone to support so he brought her into this house.

Appu insists on having food with only Jhanak as Tanuja lashes out at her telling her to get habitual with it once she leaves the house no one will feed her. Anirudh asks Jhanak to start packing and she agrees. Bipasha says Arshi has a birthday on the 25th and it will be too much fun. Jhanak feels sad as she feels it's her birthday as well. When her mother was there she used to celebrate her birthday but now who will wish me.
