MUMBAI : Sasural Simar Ka 2 started with Gitanjali Devi entrusting Simar Bhardwaj with the task of finding an ideal bride for her grandson. Simar's quest ends when she meets her namesake, Simar Narayan, who dreams of making it big as a singer.

The lead cast includes Avinash Mukherjee, Radhika Muthukumar, Karan Sharma, and Tanya Sharma.

Sasural Simar Ka is iconic for its storyline and the memes that it inspires, the characters of Simar and Mataji and now Badi Maa will go down in history as being strong matriarchs.

Previously, we gave you the update, Sandhya arrives and asks Badima to stop this house from collapsing in the meantime.

Masoomi's absence of "lakeerein" on her hand has Simar concerned for her wellbeing. Everyone in the home is informed of this truth by her. The family notices a sudden appearance of "lakeer" in Masoomi's palm as they rush to see her hand.

Simar will be shocked as she has once again been duped and now Simar will want t know what is happening with Masoom.

The upcoming episodes will show Gagan arriving at the Oswal house and treating Masoomi as Aditi. GD offers Gagan a job as HFO at their company. Meanwhile, Simar wants Gagan to take Masoomi with them to meet mom and dad. But as soon as Masoomi realizes Simar’s plan, she denies going with Gagan. But upon being forced by the family and Gagan, she is left with a choice.

When Massomi goes with Gagan, Simar takes advantage of the situation and goes to Masoomi's room and tries to investigate things and find out more about Masoomi and what is going on. 

It will be interesting to see what will happen next on the show.
