MUMBAI :Ekta Kapoor is back with a sequel to the show titled as Appnapan. Starring Cezanne Khan and Rajshri Thakur, the story hints at a similar plot with an estranged couple and their children who are divided between their parents.

Currently, Pallavi comes back to Nick's house and tries to get the Power of Attorney from him.

This worries Sonali as she married Nick for his business and wealth.

At night, Sonali sees a shadow and gets scared, recalling Pallavi's warning of someone following her.

Meanwhile, the masked woman turns out to be Karunika, who is Sonali's ex boyfriend's sister.

Karunika tries to take revenge from Sonali for using her brother and getting him arrested.

Further, knowing Sonali's past, Pallavi feels sorry for Karunika and her brother Mayank.

Pallavi also shares her fear of Sonali snatching away her family and their business.

Thus, Karunika and Pallavi decide to help each other and expose Sonali.

How do they plan to bring out Sonali's truth?
