MUMBAI:Set in Delhi, Colors TV's Lag Ja Gale follows the journey of Shiv Mehta (Namik Paul)- an affluent, self-made young hotelier, and Ishani (Tanisha Mehta), a hard-working girl who juggles between multiple odd jobs as the sole breadwinner for her middle-class family. The story explores how the two of them choose to come together in marriage for the sake of their siblings despite multiple misunderstandings and misgivings.
Currently, Shiv breaks Pooja's wedding alliance, exposing her fake leg and disability. The situation drastically worsens when Shiv's ruthless step puts Ishaani into a tight spot.
Now, Sulochna gets pissed off with Ishaani and ousts her from the house. Moving on, Ishaani falls into big trouble, as she waits for bus at the bus stop and some guys offer her a lift.
Shiv marks his entry and stops Ishaani from taking the lift. But the latter is so hurt with his act of breaking Pooja's alliance, that she refuses to trust him.
Therefore, she goes with the guys and ultimately Ishaani falls into a huge trouble. Coming up, Shiv ends up saving Ishaani from the evil men.
Will Ishaani be able to forgive Shiv?
