MUMBAI: The well-known TV serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is slowly heading towards the climax of Kartik and Sirat’s love story.

Kartik gets some serious internal injuries when his operation is scheduled without letting Sirat know about anything.

Meanwhile, our little Akshu has a special gift for Kartik and this is when she for the first time calls Kartik Papa*

Kartik gets super emotional and the family also stands overwhelmed.
