In an exclusive conversation with TellyChakkar, producer Sandiip Sikcand shared how the news of the actor’s demise has come as a total shock to him and that he is deeply affected by it.

Rituraj played an array of different roles in television serials like Banegi Apni Baat, Jyoti, Hitler Didi, Diya Aur Baati Hum, Laado 2 and recently entered Star Plus’ blockbuster show Anupamaa starring Rupali Ganguly. Rituraj passed away due to cardiac arrest. He was 59 years old.

Kanupriya Pandit will be seen essaying a pivotal role in the series. The shooting of the series is done in Mahabaleshwar.
