Karan Mehra is very happy

Karan Mehra who was last seen in <em> Viruddh</em> has already bagged a new show. Now he’ll be seen in Star One’s <em>Pari Hoon Main</em>. He’ll be essaying the role of an assistant director and is excited about the show. “I love my character in the show. I’ve never played this kind of role in my career and my character’s name is also Karan,” says Karan.

Anoop Soni gets lucky

Baghdad Ka Gulam for Karan Mehra

Karan Mehra aka Vedant of <em> Viruddh</em> is making his stage debut. Barry John, the guru of SRK, will be guiding him to take his first steps on stage. We caught this young chap in a tete-a-tete, sharing his experience of entering the world of theatre. "I'm doing a play with Barry John. This tale is inspired from an Italian play called <em> Servant of Two Masters</em>. It's going to be my first commercial play and I'm feeling a little nervous," says Karan.

Sushant's taking a break!

The buzz goes that Sushant Singh's character in <em> Viruddh</em> will soon meet its logical end. In the upcoming episode, the stern journo will be transferred to Bangalore. Recently in the show viewers were quite taken aback when Vikram Gokhale's character was bumped off. So, where is the current <em> Viruddh</em> track headed for. "I don't know where you have heard this from. Sushant is very much a part of the show and there are no problems between us," said a rather annoyed Smriti Irani.

Viruddh's changing track

Smriti Irani's <em> Viruddh</em> started on a bang but hasn't fared too well on the TRP charts. The show with a very good starcast is now daring to go the whole hog to rope in viewers.
