MUMBAI: Though she has never commented on the persistent rumors, Dipika Kakar frequently makes news due to her purported pregnancy. Ruhaan, the couple's first child, was born in June 2023 to Dipika and Shoaib Ibrahim. This was another occasion that the pair had generated talk regarding Dipika's pregnancy after welcoming their first child. The actress is displeased with the frequent rumors that she is expecting a second child.

Shoaib Ibrahim was last seen competing on the dancing show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11, while Dipika Kakar has taken a break from acting to care for her newborn boy Ruhaan. When Dipika and her son Ruhaan arrived at the sets to support her husband, Shoaib, everyone's eyes were fixed on her tummy. As a result, news of Dipika's second pregnancy spread. The rumors were recently stoked by Shoaib's mention of a "second baby" in his vlog.

He stated, "Doctor bhi bole ki aisa hota hai, toh abb pata hai aisa hota hai. Abb Inshallah, Allah ne chaha kabhi dusra baby hota hai toh apne ko pata hai ki ek time aisa aata hai jaha pe aisi bhi chize hoti hai."

According to a report in the popular news portal, multiple sources close to the couple claimed that Dipika Kakar is not pregnant. The insider revealed that the actress gained weight after Ruhaan’s birth and is not expecting her second baby. Moreover, Dipika is planning to get back on track, but every now and then, these pregnancy reports crop in.

The source added, “She is not expecting her second baby. There are no such plans. She has just gained weight after Ruhaan’s birth and will soon start focusing on getting back on track. Jaise hi kisi video ya photo mein angle iss tareeke ka hota hai, ek second mein pregnancy rumours aane lag jaate hain. The same happened with many actresses lately.”

However, the source further mentioned that Dipika is not very happy about the constant speculation about her second pregnancy. But she is so angry that she doesn’t even want to address or clarify the rumours to maintain privacy.

The source added, “She is quite angry and not at all in the zone to talk about it. Dipika doesn’t even want to address or clarify the rumours and just let it be. She wants to maintain privacy and not talk about it at all.”

On July 22, 2023, Dipika Kakar shared a sweet family portrait on Instagram that included her husband Shoaib, and their new baby, Ruhaan. In the picture, viewers could see Dipika lovingly kissing her infant's small hand while Shoaib was seen holding his baby boy in his arms. The adorable family photo brought tears to my eyes.

Sharing the photo, Dipika wrote, "RUHAAN. Thank you for keeping him in your prayers."
