MUMBAI: Tellychakkar is back with yet another interesting update from the telly world for our ardent readers.

It was earlier updated that Tanu Khan exited from the show, and it also featured an end to Ahana aka Aishwarya Sakhuja. We rang the beauteous and asked her if there was any scope of return for the glam queen Ahana in the show, her future plans, and memories from Yeh Hai Chahatein. 

There is an exit for the character of Ahana, is there any scope for her to come back?

Honestly, I am only glad that the exit has happened, from the past few months the character was not going anywhere. Even they were confused on what to do with my character, that's how every daily soap works. It is an exit of a definite sort according to me. I am now looking out for new opportunities and am open to different mediums. I was not prepared for the exit to happen soo soon so for now I am trying to get out of Ahana as I played the character for almost two years. So I will take some time to get out of it. 

Ahana's outfits were one of the major hits, how much did you enjoy that process?

Those outfits were so different, it made it easier for me to get into the character. The moment I would slip into the attire I was Ahana, people were scared of Ahana the minute I was dressed into the character, because they were different and not off the mill, I will miss wearing the very chic, savvy outfits for sure. But now this is past. There are times I want to do a character that wears oil and two braids onscreen. This was very up to trends, fashionable now let's see what next I would pick up. 

Are you looking out for opportunities in Bollywood or OTT?

Honestly, since this is just gotten over so I am kinda chilling. i am looking at this that are coming my way but I am taking it slow. I am not restricting myself to just one medium, it's not going to be just tv, web or films. There is soo much work for everybody in the business. I am really fortunate to be free in times when soo much good content has been made and I can pick on something interesting.
