MUMBAI: Ashish Kaul is currently seen in Star Bharat show Lakshmi Ghar Aayi.
The show is high on drama the actor is an integral part of the storyline. In an exclusive conversation with Tellychakkar.com, Ashish shared some interesting details of his character.
Ashish shared, “So far I had been playing a father of a boy but this time I play the father of a girl. The projection of feelings and emotions are very different. The feeling with daughters are such that you have to let go while with boy’s you need to be louder. What is the X factor about my character is that I am ready to give everything for a girl who is actually not my daughter because I have that extra responsibility that even though I have no money I am ready to borrow money for her marriage. In the character also if I am given certain X amount for marriage here I want to give ‘1 + X’ you know it’s like that. “
Speaking about his bond with the lead actors of the show, Ashish said, “Simran Pareenja was slightly reserved in the beginning but once she started rehearsing the scenes together and my advantage is I do have a daughter also, I used to teach her like my daughter only. It now comes very naturally. Luckily everybody is appreciating our scenes. I have not have many scenes with Akshit but he too is equally talented.”
Shedding some light on the response he has been receiving for the show, Ashish averred, “I have got good response from the unit and the industry. The team has given me a good look which makes my character look less like an ordinary character and more like a rich and qualified personality.”
