MUMBAI: Adventure-based reality show Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi is gearing up for season 11. The team is currently in Cape Town. Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon fame actress Sana Makbul is one of the contestants of Khatron Ke Khiladi 11.

Sana is excited about participating in the reality show. In an interview with a leading daily, the actress shared about travelling to South Africa during the pandemic and also revealed how initially she was worried about her mother's health. She also opened up about of her phobias and shared that she has a fear of height and doesn't know to drive or swim either. The pretty actress also revealed that she has been working throughout the lockdown and feels grateful she has work during the pandemic.

She told ETimes TV, "I have been travelling and doing Mumbai-Chennai a lot because I had to wrap my film. So for me lockdown has been work and home with all the safety precautions. There’s nervousness but I feel more than that we all are now scared. Like if I am travelling if my temperature is slightly high at the airport I get nervous and just pray it is not COVID. But we have to follow all the safety guidelines and if we do that we can survive. To be honest I am very grateful to get work during the pandemic.”

She added, “But at the same time, I was worried about my mother because she is old and I didn’t want her to get any infection or illness because of me. I was worried about her and my mother was also equally tensed that it is not our country, how will be things there. I feel the tension of COVID is around the world and we have no other option to be safe and just live with it. This too shall pass very soon. We have to live and we have to get back to normal. You have to take care of ourselves. The minor changes that have come into our lives like hygiene, social distancing, wearing our masks, they have come because of a certain reason and we have to follow it. If we start implementing and following the guidelines, we will survive and be safe.”

Talking about saying yes to Khatron Ke Khiladi, Sana Makbul said, "I’ve been a fan of Khatron Ke Khiladi since the time Akshay Kumar hosted it. Everyone comes on the show to overcome their fear and even I have signed the show for the same. The show is very different because the stunts you do on the show you don’t do in your day to day life. You don’t jump from height, or do a stunt with creepy crawlies in your daily life. I feel it’s a once in a lifetime experience and I always wanted to do a show like this. I like when people overcome their fear. I am a full supporter of girls."
