Kulbhushan Kharbanda in and as Ramlaal

Veteran actor Kulbhushan Kharbanda is all set to light the TV screen with his acting in an upcoming show titled <em> Ramlaal</em>. The actor was last seen in <em> Shanoo ki Shaadi</em> which was aired on Star Plus. <em> Ramlaal </em> is produced by Tony and Deeya Singh’s DJ Creations and is slated to air on 9X from the second week of October.

Veteran actor Kulbhushan Kharbanda is all set to light the TV screen with his acting in an upcoming show titled Ramlaal. The actor was last seen in Shanoo ki Shaadi which was aired on Star Plus. Ramlaal is produced by Tony and Deeya Singh’s DJ Creations and is slated to air on 9X from the second week of October. Talking about the storyline, a source from the show says, “This is about a Pakistani migrant Ramlaal who opens a sweet-shop in Chandni Chowk and names it Ramlaal Sweets which eventually becomes famous and turns into a brand. The story is about a patriarch and how he deals with the issues that crop up and how he instills the same values, tradition and culture in the family members. The other cast includes Pankaj Beri, Atul Srivastava, Yamini Singh and the Remix actor Karan Wahi. Pankaj will play the adopted son to Kulbhushan Kharbanda who will look into the accounts of the shop.” “The show is slated to air in the month of October in the primetime slot,” informs the source. Sharing details of Karan’s role a source from the production house says, “He is returning with a bang. Karan will play the role of a NRI who is an entrepreneur and how he falls in love with one of the girls of the Ramlaal family. The girl opposite Karan is a relative new face.” Both Kharbanda and Karan Wahi remained unavailable for comment. Indrani Mukerjea, Founder and CEO INX Media too remained unavailable.
