In Laagi Tujhse Lagan on Colors Deegu has moved out of the basti with Saiba (Nakusha) as he is worried about her security. However the story will now go in flashback where Deegu’s association with Nana Saheb will be revealed. A source says, “Deegu has already moved out of the basti with Saiba and in the upcoming episodes they will be seen walking in a jungle. While they both search for some secure location Deegu will tell Saiba his life’s story. This is when the story will go in flashback and Deegu will be shown as a young kid. The kid’s role will be played by Zubeen Driver.” Our source further adds, “Deegu’s father was a drunkard and since he always wanted money he would send his mother to a rich man’s place. However, one fine day when Deegu was unwell and his mother refused to go, his father dragged her in his car. Deegu followed the car and saw another man getting physical with his mother. On that very day his mother committed suicide as she couldn’t bear the embarrassment of her son seeing her with another man. After his mother’s death, Deegu killed his father and hid in a car which happened to be Nana Saheb’s. When Nana noticed Deegu in his car he sent him to Mai, as her husband had gone missing then. Since then Mai had been looking after him. However, Deegu does not know that the real reason for his loss is Nana who exploited his mother in return for the money he gave to his father.” Aadeshh Chaudhry aka Deegu remained unavailable for comment.
