Life OK’s Devon Ke Dev... Mahadev (Triangle Films Company) has usually provided a visual treat for its audience in terms of content and the way the storyline is presented. With the track now focussing on Ramayan, the hunt for the principal characters has been on for some time now.
As per the recent development, we hear that the popular mythological show has roped in actors Gauri Singh and Anushka Singh to play pivotal roles. While Gauri who was last seen in Imagine’s Meera has bagged the role of Kaushalya, Anushka Singh who was seen playing mother to the NRI lad Amreek in Colors’ Bani Ishq Da Kalma has been finalized to essay the other Queen of King Dasharath, Sumitra.
As reported earlier by Tellychakkar.com, Manasvi Vyas (presently seen in Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai) will play the role of Kaikeyi. Actor Mohit Chauhan will play Sita’s father, Raja Janak.
When contacted, Anushka confirmed her entry in this popular Life OK mytho show.
Gauri Singh who was also seen in the movie Son of Sardaar says, “I essay the role of Kaushalya in Mahadev.”
As per media reports, we already know that actor Mihir Mishra is slated to essay the role of King Dasharath.
