TellyChakkar had earlier reported about Big Synergy’s upcoming show on Zee TV. The production house had earlier produced fictions like Jiya Jale on 9X and Champs on Bindass. According to sources associated with the show, the production house was on the lookout for a relatively fresh yet a little experienced face and if they are to be believed then Priyamvada Kant of Bayttaab Dil Ki Tamanna Hai and Mallika Kapoor are in the race for the role.
Informs a source, “Apparently, Aniruddh Dave is on board and for the female lead, the makers are contemplating on Priyamvada (who played Shamoli’s elder sister in Bayttab ) and Mallika Kapoor. The initial shoot of the show will take place in Manali as it is set against the backdrop of Himachal Pradesh and is a woman-oriented show. It is a great role for any actress who gets selected. The protagonist in the show is married and takes care and is protective about her husband and family. Earlier, Pooja Bose of Tujh Sang Preet Lagayi Sajna was approached for the role but she couldn’t do it owing to health issues.”
Both Kant and Kapoor remained unavailable for the comment. We also texted producer Siddhartha Basu, but he didn’t revert.
