MUMBAI: The episode sees everyone celebrating Ishani’s birthday and they all have a great time. Ishani gets drunk and dances her heart out. Next morning, Asha feels like Sid likes Ishani. She asks him if she’s a ‘special friend’ of his. On their way, Sid sees Ishani making faces to entertain a child and admires her. Asha teases him but Sid tells her that there’s no such thing between them. Later, Sid overhears a girl asking her mother why she has brought her to the hospital and is lying about her father. He gets a flashback where he had also asked his mother about his father who had left them. Ishani tells Sid about the girl and her reports but Sid asks Ishani to transfer the patient to Dr. Rishabh as he’s not interested in it.

As they leave, they overhear two nurses talking about Sanjivani going bankrupt. Ishani and Sid tell that nothing like that would happen as long as Dr. Shashank is here. They go to talk to Dr. Shashank who tells them that he’s helpless as a Sanjivani is in a lot of debt and luxury ward will soon be built to recover from the losses. Sid and Ishani decide to investigate the actual financial reports as they think Vardhan might have manipulated the reports. Sid asks Ishani to flirt with the accountant and distract him so that he can go and get the reports. Ishani flirts with the accountant awkwardly and takes him to the lab for a date.

Sid finds out the original reports and prints it out. The anonymous caller Vardhan is dealing with tells Vardhan to be cautious as Sid might find out the original reports. Vardhan already had this planned out and reaches Shashank to ask him why Sid is suspecting him. Sid comes and shows Juhi and Shashank the original reports. Vardhan tells them that he wanted Sid to get them the real reports as they trust him more and in that they can clearly see that Sanjivani is going bankrupt. Later, Dr. Rishabh taunts Dr. Sid for being an illegitimate child and refuses to handle Riya’s case. Dr. Shashank watches Dr. Anjali and admires the miracle of birth with Dr. Juhi. Juhi talks to him about the shares that he is planning to sell and warns him for the future where Vardhan might acquire too much power and change things completely in Sanjivani. Meanwhile, Ishani discusses with Sid about Riya’s condition and tells him that she suspects Riya to be suffering from Refsum disease because of which she can soon lose all motor control. She tells him that Riya’s mother is not ready to tell her anything about Riya’s father as they need to perform a DNA test to begin with the procedures. Sid gets furious at what Riya’s mother is doing. Ishani gets confused as to why this is affecting Sid so much and thinks that there might be a reason behind it.
