Well as speculations were on about Sara Khan’s (Sadhana of Bidaai) off-screen status; the lady in question has come out in the open about her man. The guy who brings the million dollar smile to her face is actor Ali Merchant (currently seen in Ek Thi Rajkumari). The two met during the Sansui Awards (shot in March, 2008) hit it off instantly and those casual meetings blossomed into love.
“I am in love with Ali and we are going around since March. I did not come out in the open as I had not told my parents about it. I always wanted my parents to come to know of it before anyone else. Now that I have informed them about our relationship, I am comfortable talking about it,” says Sara.
When contacted, Ali says, “I met her at the Sansui awards and really liked her attitude. She is sweet, innocent and honest. I worship her for her ethics and values.”
But why did it take so much time to come out in open about the relationship? Ali says, “We are not comfortable discussing our personal lives in public. I don’t know you guys came to know about our relationship.”
