A successful three years journey for Life OK's Shapath

Life OK's Shapath

Crime and emotions are foolproof ideas to work on TV and the much celebrated production house Fireworks decided to play smart and launch a show three years back revolving around the two.

We are talking about Life OK’s much appreciated show Humne Li Hai Shapath that launched on this day (15 January), three years back.

Initially the show revolved around three characters Abhigyan, Gautam and Shikha, who fought against corruption in the society. But soon the show changed its track and brought in the ‘Supercop’ angle highlighting the valour and efforts of our country’s police service and how they can fight against all evils. Currently the show has actors like Aman Yatan Verma, Aamir Dalvi, Amit Pachori, Iris Maity, Deepak Sandhu, Mala Salariya, Manit Joura, Vedita Singh among others.

The supernatural element that was brought in the show might have received flak from intellectual people but the numbers and popularity of the show has surely proved otherwise.

Today the team that is busy shooting will let their hair down as the production house has planned a gala party at a suburban hotel in Mumbai.

Talking about his journey the popular Inspector Kavi essayed by Aamir Dalvi shared, “It had been a wonderful experience with the show and since I also got my first award (12th Indian Telly Award) for this show, it will always hold a special place in my life. Although the show has seen a lot of entries and exits, every single person has given the show and the team some wonderful memory. We are all working really hard and hope the show continues doing tremendously well all along. The kids who enjoy the super natural elements are the prime reason why our shows have worked. Also since somewhere we all look up to police officers, having them on our TV screens fighting all kinds of evil, the show somehow connects really well with the audience.”

Aman Yatan Verma, who plays ACP Diler Kumar added, “Although I came in late in the show, my association has been as fruitful as the others. Since I was entrusted with the job to work on bringing the show to a different standard, I think I have managed to do that to a certain level. I feel humbled that my presence has helped the show somewhere and I hope to do that as long as I am with Shapath. The team works out together giving in all their efforts so that the show continues winning accolades and all of us can go back home happy (laughs).”

When we called producer B P Singh, he thanked us for calling him but being busy asked us to call later.

Tellychakkar.com wishes the team heartiest congratulations and yes, party hard guys!!!
