And even today I don’t forget to remove two days out of my working schedule for Ganesh ji.”

“My family had shifted to Mumbai when I was eight. And I remember it was Ganesh Chaturthi then and people were carrying the idol till the pandal. And in the process they were dancing. I fell in love with the festival that very minute as I enjoy dancing. In fact, even then I was dancing in my balcony (laughs),” said Soumya Seth.

Jay Soni on the other hand said, “As a kid I used to go to every pandal. I always wanted to see all the idols around us and since I was a kid I would drag others along.”

Throughout the night we would visit pandals and buy things in the fair around it which included things like glowing balls and sticks. It was kiddish but we enjoyed it,” ended Aditya Redij.
