Vinay Jain, who is currently acting in Woh Rehne Wali Mehlon Ki on Sahara One, is doing two films. One is Drona, directed and produced by Goldie Behl and the other is Sab Khairiyat Hai directed by Vikram Kumar, an assistant of Priya Darshan and produced by Adlabs. Sab Khairiyat Hai is Vikram’s debut film. Vinay is doing a cameo in both the films. “It is pleasure working with Goldie Behl. He is fantastic. We share wonderful professional relationship,” says Vinay. “Drona was offered to me by Goldie Behl as we have worked together earlier in a show Remix. Sab Khairiyat Hai came my way as PC Sriram, the camera man who has worked with me in Cheeni Kum and my famous ICICI Jeethe Raho advertisement, liked my work and he recommended me for this movie,” recounts Vinay. He has comparatively bigger role in Sab Khairiyat Hai. It is a thriller and a murder mystery. Television plays an important role in solving the mystery in this movie. InDrona, he plays Abhishek Bachchan’s brother. Abhishek is a super hero in the movie and he confides his powers only to him. “I have substantial and important roles in both the movies. For Drona, we had to shoot at Prague in Europe during the peak of winter. The place is amazingly beautiful, so I enjoyed shooting for the film. Sab Khairiyat Hai was shot in Chennai, which was great fun too,” says the exited Vinay. He says that working for movies is a picnic for him because in television serials, he shoots eight to ten scenes in a day whereas in films he has to shoot just two to three scenes in a day. Both the movies are going to release in August or September. Ask him about the expectations he has from this movie and he says, “I just do by job and enjoy my work. I don’t bother about how well it does in cinema halls. The roles that I do should be creatively satisfying whether it is in TV or movies.” Vinay has worked in few movies earlier as well. His last movie was Cheeni Kum, where he played the role of Amitabh Bachchan’s neighbor.
