MUMBAI: Zee TV had launched a channel called Z – Zindagi, which aired Pakistani, Turkish, and Indian serials.

Zindagi Gulzar Hai was the first Pakistan serial to be aired on television, and it became a massive hit, followed by Humsafar and Mann Mayal. The audiences instantly connected with them.

It was these shows that made Fawad Khan a rage in India. He became the craze of the nation and gained a massive fan following. He also entered Bollywood.

The shows had to be pulled down owing to the tension between the two countries and the ban on Pakistani actors working in Indian movies.

When the serials abruptly went off air, fans were upset as they had got something different to watch, and every serial from Pakistan was becoming a smash hit here.

Now, we have some good news for fans of the actor and the series. Zee Zindagi will be launching today and rerunning Zindagi Gulzar Hai.

The show is back on public demand and will be telecast everyday.
