MUMBAI: The episode sees how Suhasini pretends to be kind to Vedika. She tells Vedika that she is happy about Kartik's decision to spend the rest of his life with her. Thus, by saying so, she wins Vedika's confidence and thereby plans to extract the truth from her mouth. The story resumes from the scene that shows Naira sitting all alone in her room, thinking about the moment when Kartik spoke to her regarding Vedika's demand. Naira feels shattered, remembering about how things have unfolded. But after seeing Kairav, her happiness knows no bounds. Nonetheless, she is left with no answer when Kairav speaks to her about her and Kartik's marriage ceremony. But as we all know, Naira isn't alone in these challenging times. Suhasini, who knows that Kartik cannot be happy in his life without Naira, visits Singhania Sadan to meet her. Suhasini apologises to Naira for being responsible for the way things have unfolded. She regrets compelling Kartik to marry Vedika and for blackmailing him emotionally. Naira tells her not to feel sorry and says that she is suspicious about Vedika and Pallavi.

Naira explains how Pallavi personally attended to Vedika during her stay in the hospital and how she could feel that something is wrong. Suhasini also tells Naira that even she thinks that there's something that Pallavi and Vedika are trying to hide. Naira also shows two bottles of medicine and wonders why Vedika was only given vitamins and not pain killers. Suhasini's suspicion grows stronger, and hence she asks Naira to unveil Vedika and Pallavi to save Kartik from getting exploited emotionally.

Subsequently, when Suhasini reaches Goenka Vila, she overhears Vedika talking to Pallavi over the phone about someone named Umesh Gupta. Suhasini informs Naira about it so that she can gather more evidence about Vedika and Pallavi's foul play.

Later in the evening, Kartik feels devastated after thinking that he wouldn't be able to meet Naira ever again. Meanwhile, Naira looks determined to expose Vedika with the hope of reuniting with Kartik at the earliest.

Next morning, Suhasini embraces Vedika and tells her that the Goenkas will accept her as Kartik's wife. Thus, by talking to her sweetly, Suhasini convinces Vedika that she has whole-heartedly forgiven her. Also to stop her from stepping out of the house, Suhasini tells Vedika to organise a Christmas bash. She asks Vedika to make Kairav and Vansh happy if she intends to win Kartik's heart. However, when Vedika lies to her about meeting Pallavi's cousin, Suhasini asks her to invite the concerned person to Goenka Villa. Thus, Suhasini lays a trap to help Naira catch Vedika red-handed.
