MUMBAI: The Episode starts with Madhav breaking down. Vidya also cries. Abhira consoles Vidya. Aryan says Shivani has left them and fears that Armaan and Rohit might not survive either. Abhira, angered by Aryan’s words, quickly realizes she was too harsh and apologizes, assuring him that nothing will happen to Armaan and Rohit. Determined, she decides to meet Shivani.

The doctor informs the Poddars that Armaan and Rohit are in critical condition. Vidya, blaming the current hospital for failing to save Shivani, insists on shifting them elsewhere, fearing the same fate for them. Overcome with guilt for not being able to save Shivani, she becomes adamant about protecting Armaan and Rohit. Abhira tries to make her see reason.
Abhir comforts Charu, assuring her that Armaan and Rohit are fighters. Meanwhile, Kaveri, distressed, tells Manish that he has endured many tragedies and asks if he senses another looming disaster. Manish encourages her to stay strong, reminding her that sometimes one must be the pillar of strength. Despite his words, Kaveri feels broken.
Abhira meets Shivani and breaks down, questioning why she left them. She wonders how she will face Armaan after this loss. Ruhi overhears her cries and learns of Shivani’s demise. Overcome with grief, Abhira collapses in front of Ruhi. Manisha stops Swarna from revealing more.
Ruhi and Abhira, however, confront Swarna, demanding the truth. Ruhi is devastated to learn that Armaan and Rohit are battling for their lives. Swarna urges them to meet them before it’s too late, but Abhira insists on waiting until they recover. Swarna warns that delaying could mean losing them forever. Manisha advises them to take care of themselves.
As Abhira and Ruhi worry about their husbands, Kajal urges Vidya to visit them, but she refuses, saying she will only meet them once they have recovered.
A nurse informs Abhira and Ruhi that they can now see their husbands. However, Manisha notices their trembling hands and questions if they can handle the emotional weight. She points out that Ruhi is pregnant, making it even harder for her and the baby.

Kaveri interrupts, demanding that everyone stop discussing the baby. She then confronts Abhira and Ruhi, asking what they will do if Armaan and Rohit do not survive. She questions how Abhira will raise her baby alone if anything happens to Armaan and how Ruhi will cope if Rohit is gone. Both women stand frozen in shock. Kaveri urges them to face reality and reconsider bringing their babies into the world. Abhira and Ruhi are left speechless.
