MUMBAI: A few days back, Bigg Boss Tamil host Kamal Haasan tested positive for COVID-19. He was hospitalised for further treatment at a private hospital in Chennai.

Kamal’s elder daughter and actress Shruti had shared an update about his health on her Twitter handle confirming his recovery. recently conducted a Ask Me Anything (AMA) session on social media. During the interaction, she was quizzed about the number of break-ups she has been through on Instagram.

The user wrote, ''How many break-ups you have?" To which she replied, "How many girlfriends have you had? I'm guessing zero or maybe half." The actress gave the answer her own twist as she smiled.

In an interaction with Bombay Times, Shruti opened up about how lockdown helped her give more time and work on her music. She had said, ''Yes, the lockdown gave me a lot of time to focus on myself and that’s where the music comes from. I don’t think I was writing as much during the lockdown, because it was overwhelming. The whole experience of being locked in the uncertainty of it didn’t really help writing-wise. When I started working again and was able to get out of the house, is when I actually started to write more. I will be releasing a few more singles soon. I’m excited for people to hear my music. Music is a part of who I am and allows me to express myself in a completely unique way.''
