Kahin To Hoga

Buoyed by the success of his thriller <em>Hate Story</em>, that released early this year, producer Vikram Bhatt has decided to make a sequel of the film. But there is a significant change in the lead. Paoli Dam, who stars in the first part, is set to be replaced. Reveals Bhatt, “The film to be directed by Vishal Pandya will have Surveen Chawla as the protagonist while Sushant Singh plays the antagonist.” Bhatt also groans of his not being able to work with Vivek Agnihotri (the director of the first part) as he’s currently busy with his film <em>Freedom</em>.

After making a splash in <em> Kahin To Hoga,</em> good-looking lad Gurpreet is getting even more attention now. Gurpreet's entry in <em> Saarthi</em> as Rudr has seen his fan following growing immensely, though his <em> Durgesh Nandani </em> act is not much talked about. He is essaying the character of Sikander in Durgesh. "By the grace of God I have got a lot going for me and I'm content with the way things are shaping up. I'll try and give my 100 per cent and do justice to the show," says Gurpreet. The fans are storming the sets every day to get a glimpse of this striking actor.

The young and vivacious, Pooman Joshi, who made a mark for herself as Mahek in Star Plus's <em> Kahin To Hoga,</em> is back with the channel in their afternoon slot - the show being <em> Bhabhi.</em> "I play a very interesting character Rishika, who brings about a major twist in the story," states Poonam, who was last seen on the small screen as Sanjana in Sahara One's <em> Woh Rehne Wali Mahlo Ki. </em>
