Mahaprabhu Sree Chaitanya

Kolkata: The makers of Colors Bangla’s Mahaprabhu Sree Chaitanya (Rana Sarkar) have created a special track revolving around the famous festival of Ratha Yatra. The track will unfold many intriguing twists. Read on to know more.

According to the storyline, Nimai (Subho Roy Chowdhury) is all set to celebrate Rath Yatra in Nabadwip in the grandest way possible. He has the support of King Buddhimonto, Adwaityo Acharjo, and Sribash. This is the first Rath Yatra after Nimai’s marriage, and Lokkhipriya (Nabanita Malakar) is geared up to participate in it as the wife of Nimai Pandit. But the kaji is unable to accept it, as he cannot bear the growing prominence of Nimai in Nabadwip. The kaji teams up with magician Kuhoki and tries to stop the Rath Yatra so that Nimai becomes a laughing stock in front of the world. Nimai decides to make the Rath with his own hands and starts cutting trees to make it. Kuhoki, with his magical powers, ploys to bring Lokkhi out of the house to the forest and converts her into a tree. Just before Nimai is about to cut the trees, he hears Lokkhipriya calling out to him that she is one of the trees there. Nimai is in a dilemma, as he cannot understand which tree she is. Will Nimai be able to make the Rath and celebrate Rath Yatra?

Later, we see that the Rath becomes so heavy that no one is able to pull it. Just like in his childhood, Nimai takes on this responsibility and pulls it. The people of Nabadwip as well as the Kaji see Nimai seated inside the Rath instead of Jagannath. Nimai and Jagannath become one.

With so many interesting events, this is surely going to be an interesting watch for loyal viewers of the show. The track will be aired this week.

Stay tuned to this space for more updates.
