After satisfying the hearts of the people of Turkey, where it was released earlier this month, UTV’s critically acclaimed blockbuster Barfi! has now set sail for Taiwan, China and Hong Kong where the film is scheduled to release in September. The film has also been invited for a special screening in the out of competition section at the Shanghai International Film Festival in June. This will be the first screening of Barfi! in China. Said an excited Ranbir Kapoor, “I’m elated by the fantastic response Barfi! has garnered overseas. Now our film has been invited for a screening at the Shanghai International Film Festival next month.
