But interestingly we were left surprised when two zealous, fun and quirky celebs visited our office and brought the house down with their ‘filmy’ and ‘whacky’ nature leaving all echoing with loud laughter. Yes, we are talking about the amazingly talented duo Sharib Hashmi and Inaamulhaq who have become a rage after their movie Filmistaan hit screens last week. “The feeling is still to sink in and it’s unexplainable how amazing it feels to have found the adulation and love that we have dreamt about for so long. I don’t even want to talk about but rather let the feeling just blossom in my heart,” smiled Sharib. Inaamulhaq who started his career from street plays shared how he had had a long journey from the small plays to the big screen. “Ye un dino ki baat hai… (laughs); but the entire struggle days have made me a confident person and taken away all inhibition which is the most important thing for an actor.” The two spoke in rhyme, answered in rhyme and also claimed that their life is ‘rhyme bharose’. Sharib and Inaamulhaq interacted with everyone in the Tellychakkar.com office and had a blast making the reporters go in splits with their inborn humorous nature. They entertained us further with numerous props and presenting some impromptu acts. Talking about their film, the duo shared that just like their characters they too are quite ‘filmy’ and also claimed that Indians by birth enjoy their staple diet of Bollywood. And the love for the craft today has made them thick friends. “Co-stars usually bid farewell after the shoot gets over but we have managed to stay in touch and have become really great friends,” they said in unison. And finally as they bid farewell spreading a lot of happiness they passed on the message to watch their film and together cried out, “Jo filmon se kare pyaar, woh Filmistaan se kaise kare inkaar.” It was really a pleasure to have you both in the house, and we wish you guys a great future ahead!
