Shahid Kapoor played the role of Raja Rawal Ratan Singh in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat. The movie was a blockbuster at the box office, and it collected Rs. 302.15 crore. It is Shahid’s highest-grossing film till now.

Shahid Kapoor starrer Kabir Singh faced a lot of negative backlash for showing violence against women, even then it was a box office blockbuster and collected Rs. 278.24 crore.
